Stephany Paredes Jaramillo

Stephany Paredes Jaramillo is the clinical laboratory technologist at Elite IVF Solutions. She manages the endocrine laboratory and supports all embryology and andrology procedures.   Stephany earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Montclair State University in New Jersey and is currently completing the Master of Science in Reproductive Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in Norfolk, Virginia. Stephany is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist, a certified Andrology Laboratory Scientist, and has completed specialized embryology training in micromanipulation, embryo biopsy, cryopreservation, quality assurance, and IVF workflow optimization.

She has been a member of the United States Navy since 2018, serving aboard the USS Harry S. Truman in Norfolk, Virginia, in both operational and safety technician roles. In December 2024, she was commissioned as a Naval Officer and currently serves in the United States Navy Reserve. 

Ms. Paredes Jaramillo is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB), Society for the Study of Reproduction (SSR), and the American Society of Andrology (ASA).
